Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic production and the delivery to some parts of the world might take a bit longer. We can keep you updated personally if desired.

G A H:

Are the Give A Hand Portraits actually free? Yes, after the shoot you will get a 1600x1280 pixel image sended to your email. No charges.

Are you shooting somewhere else rather then Amsterdam? At the moment we are shooting only in Amsterdam & Area . We are looking into other shooting locations but are limited in our options during this climate. If you are a party that wishes to team up and make this possible, please contact us at info@rolfeijtjes.com.

Is the 3 finger hand real or photoshop? The 3 finger hand is real. Yes. No photoshop.

PRICING:

The starting price for each artworks first edition is set by the time taken, material costs and emotional distress. 

EDITIONS:

Only a limited number of prints will be made available for purchase, once those prints have sold the limited edition will no longer be available for purchase. The exclusive nature of the limited edition raises its value and, therefore, its price for the next edition. 

DELIVERY:

For ordering prints, we produce mostly on demand so please be aware that this can take a few days to print, sign and then send out.

We send our products within 1 day after the payment is secured and the package will arrive within two weeks max. There will be a track and trace code on your order. If you have any questions regarding the transportation status feel free to ask and we will keep you updated personally. 

RETURN POLICY:

Limited edition prints are considered final sale items unless item is received damaged.

If your received item is damaged, you may return it within 30 days of receipt and receive a replacement for the product. 

We offer a convenient damage replacement procedure. Send us a digital photo of the item and one of the shipping container or package it arrived in, attach them to an email and send it to info@rolfeijtjes.com. Please include in the email: your order number, the shipping ID and item number and a brief description of the damage. Your request will be processed within 7 days and you will receive an email letting you know that your replacement is under production and a return shipping label for the damaged product.

To return your item(s) pack them in the original box.
